Try to move clockwise and anticlockwise till you feel the blade start to free up.
Place your hand inside unit and feel for obstacle.It should be loose now, so try to pull it out of unit.Plug in power to unit and leave water running. Push in red reset button. (This is on the bottom of unit, to the side of blade freeing access hole. Listen to that sweet sound. If the unit freezes again, repeat the steps above, as you may have more than 1 obstacle catching in blades. Go pour your self a long cool beverage and say ahhhhhhhh.
